How MegaRush commission actually works
The default revenue share ladder, how the two brands are ring-fenced, and why "no negative carryover" is the clause that matters most for your cashflow.
Affiliate commission pages tend to lead with the biggest number they can justify. This one starts with the default, because that is what most partners are measured against.
The default ladder
Standard revenue share steps up with the net gaming revenue your referred players generate in a calendar month:
- €0 to €4,999 — 25%
- €5,000 to €14,999 — 30%
- €15,000 to €29,999 — 35%
- €30,000 and over — 40%
The tier is assessed monthly, so a strong month pays at a strong rate. For a tailored deal offering, speak to your account manager.
Two brands, ring-fenced
One affiliate account covers MegaRush and MsSpins, and each brand has its own tracking links. The brands are ring-fenced: commission is calculated on each brand’s own net revenue, so what happens on one never affects the other.
Net revenue is net
Net revenue is player bets, minus player winnings, minus bonuses, minus taxes, minus the admin fee — the last of which covers jackpot contributions, royalty fees, payment fees and platform costs. Gaming tax applies in Germany, Ireland (23%) and Malta (5%).
This matters because a percentage quoted against gross is not comparable to a percentage quoted against net. When you compare programs, check which one you are being shown.
The clause that matters most: no negative carryover
If your players have a good month at our expense and net revenue goes negative, that deficit does not follow you into the next month. Your balance resets to €0 and you start clean.
Plenty of programs do carry the negative forward, and it can take an affiliate months to climb back out of a single bad week. We don’t do it.
There is one carve-out. Under the high-roller policy, if aggregate net revenue for a brand in a month is −€10,000 or worse, that specific player’s negative balance is carried forward and offset against the future revenue that same player generates. It is bounded by the month’s aggregate negative and it does not grow unless the player re-qualifies. The full wording is in the terms and conditions.
Getting paid
An invoice is required, sent to affiliates@megarush.com with your affiliate ID (or account email) and the month and amount. Invoices received by the 10th are paid mid-month; those received between the 11th and the 27th are paid towards the end of the month; anything later goes into the following month’s run. The minimum threshold is €300 — if your balance is below it, wait until it is reached before invoicing. Payment is by bank wire (SEPA), to the details on your affiliate account.
CPA and hybrid
Revenue share is not the only option. CPA pays a one-off amount per new depositing customer, with the first 50 referred players treated as a quality test phase before volumes and pricing are settled. Hybrid combines a smaller CPA up front with an ongoing revenue share — useful when you are opening a new market and want cashflow while the lifetime value builds.
Every deal is agreed case by case, in house. If you want to talk through which shape fits your traffic, register and your affiliate manager will pick it up, or email affiliates@megarush.com.
